Even if they DID on their PL or an alternate account, that's not what they do as their Hololive character. Just randomly throwing out their info like that for no reason other than to feel special for knowing it then flaunting it around is gay as fuck. Even if she had mentioned where she was born or having moved as Nerissa, then the thing to do would be link a clip or something of her mentioning it, not linking her irl wiki.
