Vesper caught Ligma and Magni had to donate his balls to keep him alive, he can't stream while they're regrowing as that's where pee is stored and Cover can't have someone peeing themself on stream.
Honestly though, this thread could be waaay more doomposty, but the cover's silence makes me believe that they won't be terminated... they MIGHT graduate if is related to some personal stuff as we have already discussed, but if so they (hopefully) are doing this on they own accord.

He then came to our era, notice that we are throwing away valuable "weapons" and is determined to make them functional again (dumpster divings) then with help of hololive he's gradually understanding the real use of those beep boop machines.
But something went awry and he reverted to his stone age self, and now he has returned to his period with "wepons of mass destruction".

Third party 3D models don't seem to count. It is the Live2D they seem to care more about managing. There are cases where totally new L2D models have been made, such as furball Korone or loli Moona, but they apparently can't use them often and need approval when they do. Paying to modify a base model is unheard of, as far as I am aware. There are definitely instances where the girls have said they are not allowed to commission their own outfits, I know for sure.

What if Vesper realised this year was his last chance to ride PBP, so he's spent the past month cycling to Paris to take part? That would make no sense and explain nothing.

I just had a thought. Some people seem to think that Magni got suspended and Vesper banned, but what if it's the other way around? We know that Vesper has a temper. What if Magni did something stupid and got the boot, and Vesper caught a suspension for fighting management over it?
Alternatively, maybe Magni decided to quit being a vtuber and the two got into a fight because of it?
Either one would explain why Magni's the only one streaming on his alt, and why he said that he's not sure if he'll be able to stream Baldur's Gate with "Randon" like he had planned.

I don't think Lando/not-Magni streaming but Randon/not-Vesper not streaming means anything in the grand scheme of things. Lando's a normal face-cam streamer while Randon was always a vtuber, and it's likely their non-compete specifically restricts vtubing activities. All the known not-Holo streamers who stream on other accounts don't use a model, with the only exception to my knowledge being Kson - which was a long time ago, and it's always possible she specifically negotiated that exception. Randon doesn't seem to be the type to want to do more personal streams without a character to stand behind, so it's probably less that he doesn't want to stream right now and more that he can't.

True. If anything, it is good he hasn't streamed as Randon. If he had streamed as a chuuba, it would be a bad sign since it seems like streaming as a chuuba on your PL account is a no-no for Cover.
