Because Nano is just a proxy, a messenger, the main issue here is that she broke the bitch code and need to be punished for it
My perspective: Nano isn't entirely blameless, but doesn't deserve the kind of dragging Sinder is getting. When it seems like one of her biggest clients is trying to push for her exclusive service at the expense of everyone else, she goes along with it because this is her income and the likely idea of "If I lose Sinder, I'll lose a lot of money", when the counteroffer being given is along the lines of "If you cancel someone else's art, we'll pick up a commission so you're not out money". Yes, she was still complicit in going along with it, but presuming that this is her only source of income, she was probably trying to find a way to minimize the damage done to her own finances without having to really lose anything, until it got to be too much drama bullshit and the idea came out to just drop the bombs.
I didn't read everything end to end though, maybe I missed particularly damning evidence against Nano. She just seems kind of spineless/self-interested to a point where it's just too much to continue to bother with.
Plus, none of this would have had teeth if not for Nano working with them, no? Maybe Nano came forth to the others with an agreement for "atonement" and that got the ball rolling, if I'm not misinformed and someone else claimed to be the catalyst.
Ok I'll take the L Shylily has always been a class act for avoiding drama so if she's coming out for this. Sinder is definitely guilty

My rrat for it is that Nano got sick of all these orders coming down from Sinder/Red over others, considered the weight of losing Sinder vs all the other work she's given up/cancelled in the past and maybe thought to go around to others that had been brushed off by the attempts at manipulation and explain what's been going on. It would explain why there's multiple docs ready to go in short order and there is such an insanely unified front on this attack, and it would work to exonerate Nano's cancelling other people's work as "I was just being bullied" and then can fill the space that used to be occupied with Sinder with everyone else that has been put aside.
Plus the vtuber-rigger relationship is so tightly entwined that all the people she does work for can't really just drop her out of the blue. At minimum that needs a decent amount of money set aside to feel out a new artist and time for them to work. With that in mind securing an exclusive work relationship with an artist isn't unheard of, but Sinder's maliciousness in how she targeted others is what really pushes the envelope.
I would be pretty interested to see if some of Nano's clients do start moving away from her in the future though, and if there's some way of tracking if she loses out on business in the future.

holy fuck shes actually going with the "plz understand i am stupid and my bf does everything without me knowing" route. the fact that she also said shes still gonna keep dating said bf means you can just never trust her again. even if they broke up the fact that she was that convinced to agree with him just speaks to her own character as well. at this point she better start planning those irl fansly streams because thats all she has left now.
