So this stuff with Sinder kind of leaves GamerSupps in a awkward spot because Bao is a sponsored talent by them and a big money maker for them even. But Sinder is also a partial owner of GamerSupps so I imagine the company is going to have a talk with Sinder for a potential buyout of her share as what she and her bf/manager did sort of falls under tortious interference.

Best case scenario Jschlatt owns 51% of the company shares, Eric Flayman (gamersupp's founder and CEO) owns 10%, the other 39% are split between 10 "co-owners".
Worst case scenario Jschlatt owns 80%, Eric owns 15% and the other 10 "co-owners" owns 5% -> 0.5% each.
The term literally doesn't have any meaning without actual numbers and contracts backing it.

We joke about this stuff, but unironically, very few women are fit to manage their own personal brand like this. Women are naturally more emotionally-driven than men and have been since the dawn of time, which is what makes having a good mother one of the most important parts of a child's upbringing, and is why women fit naturally into nursing and care-oriented occupations. But it's also a huge weakness in competitive environments, where you need to be confident in what you're doing rather than coming to a standstill every time you get upset or angry.

I understand that we are against whores, but half of this drama is from Redacted who is clearly a guy.
Sure you can argue RETARDED was doing shit under Sinder's order, but "a person fit to manage" should have been doing the opposite of that.

There are examples of good female managers in the vtubing and streaming scene as a whole (i.e that Phase Connect one) and they are generally drama free.

Meanwhile, the opposite is true, male managers/moderators have a much much higher rate of fucking things up as they only become one with ulterior motive like fucking/grooming the streamer in the first place.

Just remember, all these women released googledocs in hours in response, some of them over a hundred pages. Let's say you're really motivated and want to write a hundred-page essay, do you think you could write it in less than half a day? No, these bitches had these essays written in advance and ready to drop before this shit started.

As a general thing, this is something else that bothers me about callout posts. The accuser can spend weeks, possibly months, carefully picking apart everything someone has ever done to craft the perfect damning narrative against them; but the accused is expected to have their defence ready to go immediately, and if an hour passes after the document drops and they haven't made a comment the public perception is that they're obviously guilty and trying to hide (or if they do respond and it's sloppy because they've been caught by surprise, everything they say is spun uncharitably against them).

It's even worse if it's the kind of thing that needs some kind of legal consultation, because the Internet moves very quickly while real life moves painfully slow. If you want a solicitor to look over what you're going to say then you're probably gonna be waiting a week at least, by which time your online reputation is dead and buried. It's a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation.
