I'm guessing it's a full company dissolution, which means they likely have to use whatever assets to do a good faith payoff off the debts. The IP Rights is likely just going for an At Cost Value, as there's actually 0 future value in them without the Vtuber attached, as the industry has shown. They probably have a very long time to actually pay off the cost, but there would be some sort of schedule.
