Pretty much this, I can genuinely sympathise with the huge volume of unhelpful advice and victory lap-runners getting frustrating since it does nothing to help anyone and is basically the same thing every time, but she does herself no favours when she snaps over other shit too. She lets the mood snowball down, and once you've bitched someone out it's very hard to win that goodwill back.
