I believe him, since almost everything else he's done has been one dumb bit or another, though I'm still glad he hasn't carried the Sibylla thing over to the new channel. Even if he's just doing it as a joke I feel his brand of humour along with things involving minors could invite Sharty-tier wannabe edgelords who'd take it too far.Yeah, yesterday/earlier today he actually DM'd me on Twitter and explained this. I looked in his Discord server using a sock account and was able to verify it because he had been talking about having a tard impersonate him at the time/right after it happened, and the tard who did it also had fessed up. So the pedoposter with his name was not Truly & Honestly him.
I did bring up how he himself, on his YouTube, had that one specific channel shilled under a section called "let me smell your feet", which we interpreted as thirstposting, and was the impetus for his impersonator's ban. He had this to say:

The dude can be genuinely funny in an absurdist sense so I'm glad the main thing's cleared up, at the very least.
