Depends on a lot of things, if he's actually JL7TEN. He's given her a metric fuck ton of money and you know how she feels obligated to people who support her so I could see that giving a fair amount of leway even if she doesn't mean it in a direct P2W kinda way, and thats ignoring the possibility of him being on phase's payroll in some way. I don't think him and Sakana would be the two working on her 333k merch without her even knowing if he was just a does it for free mod. He's stacked up enough issues to be more than just an accident or two now between his conduct as a mod and mishaps that seem to center around him.
