Okay being serious again for a second, this thread is a perfect place to ask: why do many people on the forum seemingly dislike Rie? Or at least shitpost in a way that can be viewed as strongly disliking her.
Not looking for unprovable fanfiction about how she's totally pushing lefty politics behind the scenes and is secretly the mastermind behind Phase's upcoming downfall, just people's opinions.
Is it just the Rowling tweet? Her openly-expressed distaste for capippis? The overall mean-girl-above-it-all attitude? I mean, she's a fucking zoomer, she turned 23 like a month ago.

I don't dislike Rie but timezone and some of content kinda filtered me away. I do like her building streams those are pretty comfy well when she's not facedoxxing herself. Also I feel like x phase talent hates capipis is a meme so does she and eimi really dislike them? I know the bitos like their capipis at offkai.
Pretty sure she lives in a big house, given that her uncle/aunt/cousin live with her, her mom, potentially her grandma, and the “ghost”
If I had to guess, it’d probably have something to do with her brother (who I believe she is referring to when she talks about the ghost) since her roommate postings seem to indicate he requires a lot of care to take care of.
Talking to random low 3view indies like Mozu doesn't make you a reputable or trustworthy source regarding anything about Phase. Anyone involved with a corpo of any renown would have to be monumentally retarded to be talking to someone that constantly vagueposts about info given to them, is the owner of a site that specifically talks about vtuber drama, and streams about drama in the vtuber industry. The last time you talked up the significance of info that you had, it was about some irrelevant small corpo company that I can't even remember the name of.

I don't think it's her brother. I know that relationship is strained based off that past x account but with the way she talks about whatever it is needing to be fixed seems a bigger issue than having to take care of her brother. I still get the sense it's related to her accident in some capacity.

she's hilariously thin skinned, like her eyelids after kpop surgery. she's a shitlib and hates pippa. Jelly's pippa cover did gangbusters over rie's music.
Every Wemi incident like this is a Phase W because by all means, she should be dead by now.
She's acts retarded in an unfunny way. She's a gooner in an unfunny way. There's too much plasticity to her streams.
Now, if she was consistent with her character I'd be more prone to respect her because she got great moments and she has a knack for writing scripts, but gets oneguyed too often and gets induced by literal air out of nowhere; basically she got no balls.
People connected to corpos told me stuff so I don't think it's unreasonable, if Bossman ever helped them with something -bitching about it or not, he does have some information- they would be more open to share. There's a weird climate of orphaned vtubers, paranoid about every interaction, and if you're nice or help them with something you will get in their trust list as betrayal seems pretty frequent and they want to keep the good ones around.

You're comparing someone involved with a random corpo talking to you. That is a far cry to one of the top 5 corpos in the EN market.
So here's some old forum lore - the first person to actually come in here and express dislike for Rie was @superduper. It was weird at the time, because Rie wasn't really on anyone's radar, and Rie didn't seem to be very objectionable as a streamer, especially to the extent that someone would want to anti her. There were running jokes to post art of Rie for Superduper or recommend Rie streams to Superduper (I could also dig up the old video when I superchatted Rie to give a shout out to Superduper, which was pretty funny). We eventually settled on the rrat that Rie was superduper, for two reasons - first, accusing an anti of actually being the person they anti is funny, and second, Rie pretending to be a Rie anti actually made at least a bit of sense if she wanted to get attention on herself, especially since superduper was the first to dig up photos of Rie.
Since then, superduper claims that Rie has redeemed herself in superduper's eyes (although no-one else besides Superduper understands why) so Superduper is now pro-Rie.
I would also note that superduper coming to this forum and anti-ing Rie had the effect that Rie has an outsized footprint on the forum compared to how many subs she has, and there are several people who do occasionally and support watch Rie, and more people did check Rie out to see what the big deal was.
Is Rie actually superduper? There have been multiple times when Superduper has not been on the forum at the same time Rie was on break, which is an incredible commitment to the bit, but superduper did once call in to Proctor's stream and sounded male at the time. So my answer - who really knows, but I'll say that it's true because that theory is funnier.

E: I will say no one in their right mind would go out there badmouthing talents, maybe sharing their personal grievances but that's just nothing in the grand scheme of things, and burning bridges with PC or any other corpo is a quick way to stagnate. But we're dealing with women or people in general that are on the immature side, mainly if they're under 25, so I just know what people told me.
Correction, superduper called in, spoke infrequently through a shitty mic, and overall sounded like someone using a voice changer.
For all the shitposting involving Pippa and mold, she just seems to be surrounded by it. Wemi has the mold in her system, and has ingested so much of it she might be assimilating it.
