On the other hand, Twisty in the leaked clip makes many comments some (especially the niji audience) would find offensive and derogatory, and then apologised for it and said it was wrong (admission of guilt/that the statements were discriminatory). uki's tweet about white people in comparison is minor and has gone unacknowledged (nor was the statement socially unacceptable to majority of niji's audience), making discriminatory speech something niji can pull Twisty up on, and use as an easy reasoning for the inevitable.

The reason they gave is largely irrelevant. Like I said several times before, there was no reason they could have given that would have satisfied everyone, and no matter what, the same comments would have appeared under that tweet.
But her case is also different from all the "but what about" examples people give now and would have given if the reason was NDA breach, because those examples wanted to stay in Nijisanji, Twisty didn't in the end so there is no reason to accommodate her.
I still think it's good that they kept it as short as possible, that way it'll be something people get annoyed about now and comment on, but it won't be something that gets picked apart for weeks (or years) like the previous two terminations.
