No such thing as privacy when you publicly post shit on Twitter.
The things initially discussed by them were not posted on twitter. They were given to them in confidence and when someone like false contacted her, she said not to release them because it would only make her situation worse. He did anyways, going against the journalistic principle of minimizing harm.
There were ways to move Niji to act, ways to report this that would have left her inconspicuous, none of them did and most of them are now profiteering off her circumstances. Fair game to tell them to catch a deadly disease as quickly as possible at that point.
Also, on the "drama tubers will help you find an audience after you leave" shit:
No they don't, they never have and anyone that says "I would watch them if they weren't in Niji" is lying to your face.
I recently went through Sunny and Mogu's stats to check if there was anything behind that kind of /r/kurosanji virtue signalling and, surprise surprise, there isn't.
They get a boost the minute they come back and then they quickly fall to or below the level they were in Niji, even post Selen shock.
The people saying they'll watch former Nijis once they're out might as well say "I'll watch the first few streams to see if they say something drama worthy".
