Management probably hasn't talked to her since then, if Doki's case is any indication. Lot easier to run defense for an employer if you think you're still going to be working there when the dust settles.
Frankly, all Twisty really needs to do at this point is contact her state labor department and say two things:
-I work in the United States for an international employer
-They are not letting me quit
Don't even have to pay for a lawyer for that one, make the Department of Labor run defense for you. If your company isnt fulfilling their part of the contract, there is no reason for you to do the same. I assume it might have to do with them withholding some of her earnings which might be an issue but at what point are you willing to deal with that shit? She couldnt be earning that much given how bad her wave did in terms of popularity (in part thanks to Niji basically alienating a huge part of the more supportive viewers due to talent mismanagement),

So Niji fucked up on JP side again. TL;DR is that they accidentally threw away fan letters to now graduated talent Suzuka Aki from February 1st 2024 to end of September 2024.
Clearly they were trying to sweep this under the rug. Like holy shit this company cannot get any worse.
EDIT: They are re-accepting fan mail for him until end of May 2025... Almost a full year since he graduated (August 31 2024).
EDIT 2: Hope files are better cuz m on mobile right now... Can yell at me later. Thanks to Smelliest for getting me the archive and telling me to resize.

I had a look at their fan mail policy and they do not accept letters for graduated/retired talents so there's a possibility if this is not communicated properly they will discard them again citing the policy.
Also if they are not disposed of "properly" someone can dumpster dive and get some interesting Nijisister fanmail collage.

To be fair, she's somewhere around the worst Niji in terms of CCV, income, subs...
Niji is probably right that no decent vtubing company will hire her (all two of them). And her prospects as an indy aren't great, either. She's very emphatically not in the Selen/Pomu/Nina tier.
That doesn't mean that staying in Niji is good for her. It's still sharing minuscule income in exchange for being sexually harassed.
But it does mean that streaming is unlikely to pay her bills, no matter what she does.
