I never thought I'd feel sympathy towards that menhera retard Kuro but now I am. Although knowing him he'll still vague tweet some retarded shit that ends up sounding he's defending them once again.
The chinese sympathizers will get shot twice and their families will pay the bullets and the salary of the shooterIf Brave buys NijiEN and the first thing they do is have the black screen trio get executed ISIS style, I would start a second clipping channel for them.
Developing from Michi livestream on Twitch.
Niji offered Mika an option to have a portion of her income deducted to pay for taxes. Prior to this, Mika was filing her taxes herself, and figured that she'd take the option to avoid the hassle. As legally required, she also continues to declare her income to the government. The sum scalped off was 10% or so.
Two years later, she gets a letter from the government saying she hasn't paid her taxes for 2 years. Thinking there was a mistake, she went to Niji to ask for the tax payment codes so she can prove to the government that the portion of her paycheck earmarked for "taxes" were indeed paid. She found out that the tax payments were for Nijisanji, the corporate entity, and not her.
At best she managed to negotiate for leniency from the interest for the unpaid taxes, which slashed the amount in half, but still had to pay for the rest of the unpaid taxes. She had to liquidate her insurance plans, and was 300 dollars away from total bankruptcy. She spent a 6 month period avoiding going to the doctor or her therapist. Niji did not offer financial or legal assistance in any capacity from what I've understood from her story.
She also genuinely considered that the problems will go away if she went away.
No idea how to archive from Twitch streams that are still in progress, but I'm damn sure this moment will be clipped by every dramafag under the sun.

>A whole fucking board for interracial pornographyThis has nothing to do with the current Ls but i found this so funny and at the same time fucking wierd that i just had to post it
8chan's desiccated corpse 8kun has a dedicated Nijisanji board, /2434/, and their own /vt/, alongside a pretty colorful lineup of boards, mostly ESfags
is this the last Nijisister holdout?

I'm pretty sure you shouldn't mind at least one of those two...>A whole fucking board for interracial pornography
>Animalfucking too
That was such a a stupid thing to write in public. The review I mean, not you. Like imagine being butt hurt that the people who essentially pay your salary have more power than you in a company.Maybe that's the source of that glassdoor complaint about talents outranking managers.
This just makes Kuro look more retarded:View attachment 68977
'ay on the 'og.
Indo's due date for taxes is March 31st IIRC. So you're right, this was very likely started prior to the ID merge. Is there a timeframe for when this tax deal was made? Mika says she owed two years of taxes and spent six months not going to her doctor or therapist. Assuming some time between her resolving this situation, graduating from Niji, and telling this story now, the tax deal would have been made before the NijiID merge to JP management, which happened 15 April 2022.
Oh you sweet summer child. The IRS doesn't give a flying FUCK about lawsuits, due process or even international law. If the feds start digging, they'll start with Anycolor's bank accounts in US banks. If Anycolor doesn't have any accounts in the US, they will start looking through the US bank accounts of Niji employees... ALL of the Niji employees, that is. The IRS does not need permission or a court order to do this, by the way. They don't even have to notify anyone if they think there are flight risks or potential for destruction of evidence, which is a given in this case since the company operates overseas. If they decide something is wrong at this point, they will declare Niji guilty and freeze every bank account they can get their hands on. Riku would have to come and argue in a US court just to appeal the decision, it wouldn't be the other way around. Most American federal organizations are varying degrees of ineffectual bureaucracy. The IRS is not one of those organizations. Even Pablo fucking Escobar laundered his money, do you know why? He needed to pay taxes on it.USA IRS is hardly of relevance to tardsanji. Yeah, they can and will sue and win against the in jap, but it'll take like 5 years.
Talents won't see any money from it though.
Not really how it works in Japan. The tax people are friendly, which is good, but also massively biased towards the Japanese - just look at Ghosn's case.Yup. The IRS doesn’t care who you are. They’ll absolutely tear you apart for this. Even if you’re Nijisanji.
I still cant believe there are people that still defend this dogshit company when even the people that left on "good terms" constantly talk about how bad things were and how incompetent they are.View attachment 68977

He's just a pussy that doesnt know how much he can say so he just tries to say things without directly saying them and ends up creating more confusion. He then starts bitching about "DRAMA CHANNELS" taking his words out of context or jumping to conclusions. This just makes Kuro look more retarded:
He couldnt explain in a couple of words his problems and needed his girlfriend to explain it to everyone
@The Proctor Proctor has more subs then people watching this flip now.Figured this counted as an L. Mille streaming for an hour to 270 people.
Proctor is a lot like Nousagi and Falsed. Appealing to normies by claiming to inside info on drama while actually just talking out of his ass. His fame is temporary.@The Proctor Proctor has more subs then people watching this flip now.
At least hes more interesting then the strongest flip in niji. Just until she does her own flip.Proctor is a lot like Nousagi and Falsed. Appealing to normies by claiming to inside info on drama while actually just talking out of his ass. His fame is temporary.
