Yes. She has alot of things that causes problems, but the baseball thing is pretty much the last straw. That said, most of these incidents itself are generally small or miniscule and management was able to cover her ass multiple times, up until that last one. I'm pretty sure there's a list of it somewhere on how much trouble that Mirei has caused, but I can't really dig them right now.

That said, it's still a nice gesture that even after having to deal with her blunt and wild personality, Mirei is still given the grace of one final send-off and doesn't devolve into whatever situation NijiEN and Selen happened right now. Mirei went to her own persona and overall... she's fine and JP management just focused on being Niji.

This is mostly focused solely on Mirei alone. SKB-bu doesn't really do anything beyond fueling Mirei's wild and NSFW's character along with other JP talents that, while restrained and not as blunt as Mirei, is still able to show how Nijisanji JP was fine with them nearly breaking rules with their perverted antics. Maybe some of Mirei's mountain of complains came from SKB-bu, but for all intents and purpose what we got doesn't have SKB-bu involvements in it.
