In Proctors defense, you can't have a site that doesn't show IP's as even the most basic Word Press bullshit will grab IPs in even the contact form people fill out to send an email message will show IPs and more on the backend. There is no such thing as not sharing some kind of IP when accessing a website, and you can geoblock IPs as well as block VPNs as they're easily visible.
Amusingly enough based darky Mental Outlaw put out a video about VPNs with Tor, and why it's not the best idea, today.
Now to shit on Proctor, be careful with these jokes and more, as the thing that kills sites like this is the admins lording these things over users. Just look at Graf having to go flip burgers because he's known to doxxmaxx users of his platform so why would anyone trust him with donations?
Oh, and by the way, if you donate, usually there's some level of info that's shared, buy prepaid cards at convenience stores with cash.
