The MMO games with good systems (Like FFXI) are just trying to simulate the turn based systems of thier SP games in Real time in a way that makes sense.
All this new fangled cooldown "knock up" abiltty spamming MMO stuff is just ripped out of mobas and not even like a real MMO

I played FFXI for years; let's not pretend it had any "good" systems exactly. We all just put up with it or used windower plugins.

It can be great content when you're playing with someone and using it as an impromptu zatsu. Like Tempus' WoW Wednesdays, but they seem to actually want to play the videogame.
