uBlock with this line in the filter: twitch.tv##+js(twitch-videoad) plus the TTV LOL extension will completely block ads. Haven't seen one in months.

Also, if the above stuff doesn't work for you for whatever reason, try the extension "Alternate Player for Twitch.tv" on top of those

I just opened up her twitch stream and got no ads. I have no idea what's stopping twitch, I just have bunch of extensions so that if twitch stops one of them, the devs for one of the other extensions has probably found a work around already. Running Adblock plus, uBlock, uBlock Origin, Purple Ads Blocker, Alternate Player for Twitch.tv
