Yeah, it takes zero effort to remove consequences to your personal life while still having your actions attributed to your selected identity within a community. It's like in original WoW when servers were much smaller and a close-knit community was formed. If someone had a long history of being a schizo retard, everyone on the server eventually figured it out and would just ignore the retard whenever they opened their mouth trying to start shit. If someone constantly did stupid shit or was a massive piece of shit, they wouldn't get invited to groups because of their reputation. Then they made the move to cross-realm dungeon queues for Wrath Heroics and suddenly retards are just randomly vote-kicking or leaving because there's no accountability.
