Literally handed a job.
She probably didn't get hired for putting weird hours like 12pm-5pm and shit a lot of neets try to do. You have to be available ALL THE TIME then get picky once your foot's in the door.
I'm not sure how many more times she has to explain that anything she shows as Pippa technically belongs to Phase but I'm sure it'll be at least 5 more times before the week is over.
One instance I learned about was a college stat course where all the cases were oriented around social justice.
No, you need to be there for a year or two at least, and survive the "Hey, you're the new guy, can you come in tomorrow night? I know it's your 6th 12 hour shift in a row, but nobody else can do it." before you can get picky.
