I think she means five packs of different pills and she takes some number of pills each day from each pack. So a minimum of five pills.
I've recognized about 5 or 6 pop hits so far that play every time I go to buy dinner.

Sir, she's in Canada, the emergency room is just a guy out back by the dumpster with a shotgun.
I thought she was in Romania. Especially considering she said she has a dentist appointment in 2 hours.
I'm tempted to play mostly because of the phase collab tbh. The potential Iori and Lia jpegs are really selling the game for me even though I have 0 interest in Mahjong.
This game is also seems more fun to play with friends than something like League.
If she's in Romania I'm surprised the doctors didn't steal her kidneys while she was having that surgery.
