Was glancing at chat before he said that, I think it was because some sped was asking for her to collab with the Nostalgia Critic, Kirbopher, and RLM all in very quick succession, so probably not related to the tweet and likely not some order from her.

There are a number of non-UFO things he alleged, like the Pentagon using defense and private military contractors billing to them to launder money directly into the coffers of black op programs and allegedly has the documents to back it up.
I believe hes the first person from an intelligence agency to say that under oath.

Allegedly he has been wanting to blow the whistle not long after he was put on the UAP task force and was lobbying members of congress for that defense and intelligence whistleblower provision for awhile.

As for any actual alien stuff I could totally see the clown world reality being Roadside Picnic tier, various governments XCOM larping but instead of fighting aliens they are just shooting each other over garbage some kind of non-human intelligence left behind.

I like to think we aren't alone in this universe but at the same time aliens could end up just being microorganisms out there. The Fermi paradox is an interesting one too.

I doubt we're alone in the universe, but there's no reason to believe we're being visited constantly or at all by other life. That's not to say it's impossible, just that there's a big chance other civilizations aren't as advanced, the technology to achieve it doesn't exist yet in other civilization, or the other civilization just haven't gone this direction as the universe is a big place.
