Loud = funny, obviously.
Yeah I know Pippa thinks that but also reading superchats and no one hears it = not reading all superchats on stream.

The hope that it turns into a tangent stream?
Which can be done with every Pippa stream. Pippa reads all her superchats because she feels bad and wants to acknowledge those who spent money on her. If those people can't hear the acknowledgement then it's just as good as not reading them at all. I know she has the alerts on because she finds superchat reading streams dull but if they do interrupt, it just drags the thing out and if they are louder and drown out her reading the superchat it completely defeats the purpose of these streams and reading every single superchat on stream.
After Pippa's stream with Sleepy special guest, the general consensus forming around them is that Sleepy is a very pretty and stacked woman while Pippa looks like a half starved gulag survivor.
