At this point I've just conceded that he's too deep into the shitflinging side of the internet, the VTuber side is just too alien to him, and never the two should meet.

Sorry but I think Nick actually knows most of what he said with coomalot and on twitter is intentionally provocative to people who watch vtubers.

Been ignoring Nick for months before this, partly because I stopped finding most of his streams interesting and partly because I didn't really want to find out that his thread on the homeland was right and he is becoming a seething, thin skinned asshole like the Gunt.
I absolutely see it now and there is no way to unsee it, they are pretty much right about Nick.

They are also probably right about Nick taking out his frustrations with the declining viewership and Rumble contract on Phase, projecting his shitty terms onto what Pippa may have. Also using the negative attention to drive viewership.
Nick's discord/locals and him being an active participant in them was a massive fucking mistake, the absolute worst fucking asskissers, yesmen, degenerates and thirsty aging wine aunts all encouraging his worst impulses, and now his show is starting to circle the drain because of his terrible decisions.

Dude's retarded. No one is going to change Pippa's mind for her with selective clips or whatever as she'll ultimately see the full context eventually. These two coom brains are so full of themselves that they think any and all corporations are made of pure evil when in reality Phase has actually been rather great for their talents recently and many companies in general can be good to their employees.

It's funny that they don't even realize that at this point they work for youtube, a giant faceless corpo that can ban them at any time and if that happened they'd be shit out of luck as they're not that interesting to hold an audience on alt tech like Josh or Tate. If I was going to attempt talking some sense into him about this, maybe remind Nick of what he said during the stream analyzing Crowder vs Daily Wire drama.
A contract negotiation with a media company doesn't have to be adversarial, the relationship to the signing party doesn't have to be exploitative.
Pippa clearly thinks its going pretty good considering everyone in the company except for one updated and renewed their contract, and that person allegedly violated the hard terms of that contract in some way but the CEO still tried to negotiate for them to stay.

Plenty of other small corpos collapsed right around contract renewal or at least lost tons of talent at once. If PC was so bad, something similar would have happened.

I think Gator said something very similar as Ralph paid for at least part of his rent and got him notoriety at the time, but what really made me laugh was:
