For what it's worth, my biggest problem with Pochi/Fluffen's conduct is that everything we hear from her is drenched in an obnoxious emotionally-charged, performative-feeling pitybait tone. Even if she is genuinely upset, that poisons the integrity of everything she says, since 99% of the time when I see an Internet personality sadposting after a scandal or controversy, they are trying to emotionally manipulate their audience into letting them off the hook.
I don't think any one thing she's done has made her reputation unsalvageable. The biggest criticism against her is obviously the series of donothons and unfulfilled goals, and even that'd be forgivable if she confidently put her hands up and apologised for the delays, then cracked on with getting them done as and when she's able to. Some people would still be a tad annoyed about it being late, but as soon as it was all done nobody (who should matter to her, at least) would have any ammunition against her.
The problem is, she doesn't do that. Nothing about the pityposts she makes whenever she reads a mean comment inspires any kind of confidence that she actually understands where the contention is coming from, it just feels like she wants a simp hugbox to validate her feelings without taking any accountability herself.
