Probably the best update considering the current climate. If Kevin had to put out 2 graduation notices back to back, we'd be opening the Phase L thread wondering what went wrong with Gen 3. (Even though this seems to be out of Hina's control) This could even be viewed as a "win".

This doesn't mean they've been in contact with Hina, it just means that Valentine's Day and her birthday on 22 February has forced their hand.

Possibly, though I feel like there wouldn't have been an 'official' date put on the notice without some sort of communication. Either way, I hope Hina still wants to stream and entertain once her circumstances improve.

Not much to wonder about tbh.
With Saya there's only "whether the package deal hiring rrat is true", other than that - girl had a spotty schedule long before joining Phase, and for most of the year of being there, this is just business as usual for her, sadly.
With Hina the only question is "is her dad alive or not", which we have zero ways of knowing.
