They made it so you are forced to change your Civ to a new one at certain points through the campaign. Given that and how shit Civ 6 was for most of its life (all? is it still shit?), I can't blame people for being wary.

Well, it could've been worse. Harriet Tubman is more of a black people's Gandhi-type. They could've picked Benjamin Davis Sr., Frederick Douglass or Malcolm X, but there's that extra virtue-bonus for having if being a female.
Also, just seems mid in general, it does the Humankind thing of choose a new civ upon entering a new era. I don't know, I'll just stick to Civ 4 and 5.

In somewhat more positive Dinotuber news; Lopho Lee did a reaction to the new Jurassic World trailer.
I really don't know what to think after the absolute disaster that was the last movie. Really the only impressions I took away from this are that I am glad that they redesigned the T. rex to look more like it did in the original trilogy and that this made me realize that I hate modern creature design because everything is just a lesser copy of the future predator from Primeval; smallish head, hunched shoulders, long knuckle walking forelimbs and an optional pair of diminutive limbs inbetween them.

Okay, this is just what I remember off the top of my head.
I recently downgraded my video output resolution from 1080p to 720p. This seems to really reduce resource usage and fuggit, nobody's casting my streams to their 4K televisions anyway. But I probably would have given this a second thought if I had known that this would totally fuck all of my scenes - everything was in the wrong place or cut off in weird ways. But only on the output. On the preview pane - the one that's on the left when you're in studio mode - everything just looked fine. If I wanted to adjust where elements were placed on the program pane/output video, I had to move them to the "wrong" place in the preview, then do a cut transition and see where they ended up in the program pane. This is kind of hard to describe but I still have the old scene in OBS so let me show via screenshot:
Why the fuck was this happening? After fighting it and trying to figure it out for a while, I eventually gave up and rebuilt my scenes - I only really use two of them, but my waiting room one was a bit complex and I didn't bother redoing that one to the same complexity.
Then, there was the game I tried to stream on Sunday. The audio capture of the window never fucking worked so I gave up on it for that reason eventually, but also the window capture video itself was in the wrong aspect ratio inexplicably - that one was a brand new one. I removed and re-added the capture several times and this kept happening. Okay, fine, you can right-click the source and do Transform > Stretch to Screen, right? No, because those transforms just don't fucking do what they're labeled as anymore - they broke at some point and just all seem to put the video in the upper-left corner of the screen, most certainly not resized to full screen. Okay, whatever, I'll manually drag the handles to make the video source fit the full screen. Except when I did that, a text source would move and resize itself for some fucking reason. I privated the stream but I still have the VOD so let me make a quick clip (resolution and frame rate crunched to make it uploadable):

I mean, the jank with OBS starts immediately after launching the program. I always get this message when OBS launches, no matter how I quit it the last time I used it. I can't tell if it just is always crashing in the process of quitting, or if its crash detection code is just fucking broken.
Yes, OBS is free and I should be grateful, but we sure are getting what we paid for, aren't we.
I can tell you all of those are pronounced differently than Yamanba.
The japanese one sounds more like ni-gay-ro for example.
If a japanese mix in a "Yamanba" in during. conversation. He is being racist as fuck while pretending he is saying something else.
If a korean approach a black person and say nega. They are actually trying to say Yamanba but said nega out of habits/not good at english.
If it's on Youtube then it's a skit, where the person pretends not to be racist "im only reading out loud a script I totally didnt wrote just so I can throw profanity at my friend guys".
Tl;dr they're racist as fuck. Even more so the asian.

I changed nothing about it when setting it up. There might be setting I need to alter. Alternatively I can keep a working copy that is only editable by myself and any other verified contributors, then open it up to the public as an editable copy that can't be permanently vandalized (if anyone was petty and pathetic enough to try).
This is my first time ever using Cryptpad, so anybody with more experience can chip in and help inform me.

Tubman isn't even the worst one there Machiavelli is also there you know the guy who famously hated the monarchy so much he wrote a giant book about it or how about "Americas Favorite Fighting Frenchman" (fuck you in particular for that one Miranda) Leaders are just figures with a notable history now which im actually fine with for the most part.
I eagerly await civ 8 for the series to come full circle and give us Leonard Nimoy as a leader (he voiced the tech quotes for civ4)
