Pretty sure Lilou went over the music and voice acting stuff in her stream, I would have to go back and check the vod to know exactly what she said but there was an explanation for it that was fairly damning. If I recall correctly, it was linked to them assuming she was a gang member because of her ethnic background and whatnot. She was also on record as asking Globie to simply graduate her after their falling out. I really should go back and listen to the vod again without early morning grog holding me back, that + her accent left me completely blanked out on some of what she was saying.

Nice theory, but there is one simple reason why you are generally wrong, two words: "independent contractor"
Saying stuff like "you can't voice act or sing anymore" or "you can't do innuendo jokes" is insane and unlawful overreach. Even dildo from Throne, management have no right to bitch about it. Basically, to stay legally clean they'd need to have every restriction signed as a contract. Some obscure "list of rules" that they adlib on ther fly can olny be enforced for employees.

I'm gonna nitpick this part here as a lot of the (successful) corpos have a no Throne rule as they can't claim revenue from that so it essentially bypassing the company overhead. With Gen 2 of idol for instance they relaxed that with PLs it seemed and I wouldn't be surprised if that wasn't one of the things that irked prior members. While not everyone has the same contract details it was piss easy to find out that Menace still had a throne while Rye did not.
