I don't think she'll ever be flat-out terminated no matter how many melties she has. As much as we love to clown on the fish, if what Saya said was true he's extremely patient with his talents, plus putting all the libshit aside, Clara is still a talented streamer/singer and brings a whole bunch of other talents to the table, one of which is being Sakana's JP translator which is crucial since apparently no one else can fill in that role (Iori doesn't live in JP so she's unavailable for his Japan trips). If anything she has potential to become the Elira of Phase JP assuming that anyone in there gets along with her

The problem is that if she's passive-aggressive and bitchy with her politics, she's probably passive-aggressive and bitchy with other things too. I say she's a liability because I know how people like her function; they stir up drama from inside just by rubbing everyone the wrong way juuust enough to piss them off, but not enough to justify a formal complaint; it's the kind of situation where resentment builds up gradually over time. Just having someone like that around can be enough to drastically lower morale.

When the stream started he was doing stupid faces, presumably for thumbnails. So the theory is that he wanted to press record in OBS (it's not uncommon for editors to ask for thumbnail faces in video form) and he accidentally pressed go live instead.

From that angle it's definitely plausible.
