Before making any sweeping revisions to the game, there should be extensive playtesting - ideally in a digital format, to minimize production cost of prototype product. Not only that, but the testing group must contain people that won't just be yes-men, and they need to have at least a fundamental understanding of why the current top TCGs are popular. This also means playing those TCGs, because nothing beats first-hand experience.
If they want to keep the whole "Lose Your VCard (lol get it guys)" mechanic in some fashion, sure, they could do so - in content that they, themselves produce. Stream matches against each other where all parties ante up their cards, fuel the clickbait-driven algorithm with "I Won/Lost My Most Expensive Card" video titles (and similar variations), and it's practically an IRL anime tournament arc that creates itself. Boom, you turn the early design decisions into a win for everyone involved. You could also have community streams of "building the game together", to further help refine the mechanics while also fostering consumer trust in the future of the product.
It's an incredible amount of work, but turn that work into content, and there are still many ways forward to salvage the game!

I almost never DM people. I'd guess that more than 90% of the people I've been in contact with have reached out to me first. I only ever initiate contact when I've already gotten some information that I consider credible and then reach out to other involved parties to give them the opportunity to tell their side of the story.

Pippa probably meant to but forgot, then it was too late so it'd look weird to do it then, then Hina's notice came, and she made sure to get to it early enough, but then she realized it made her lack of a Saya post look bad, but if she were to do that now it'd look really bad, so she's likely just sitting in bed while the brainworms eat away at her.

Mostly she has the fact that she is non-controversial because her time in Niji has never really had any issues of her own, sorta like Ren. People got alot of sympathy for the supposed Aster leaks that slowly became somewhat less nebulous with time. Not to mention how people thought she was stealth suspended
Personality wise she is nice enough, kind of a "innocent" coomer in spite of her model, and her being a creatura mix wise (Mex/Flip) is enough for some.
