Ekko, obviously. Zoomer brainrot aside, I think she'd be a blast for music talk as she's both into popular/modern music (and my favorite VTuber musician) and also classically trained in ballet. Can put me to sleep with ASMR afterwards.

Lumi - the VTuber I feel is most likely to enjoy reciting the TND copypasta but for communists with me.

Dooby has told enough interesting stories on stream I can only imagine what she'd have to talk about in real life after a couple beers. Worst case scenario I think Foley work is interesting so that'd be another fun avenue.
