the statement is not specifically responding to what you said, but mocking how people speaking of her graduation as matter of fact that she's already accepted into hololive. It's so easy to enter and anyone with a vtuber model can join as long as they want it. Idk when this started but it definitely ramped up around march this year with people's predicting May 2025 for EN5 after a round of graduations back then.

Thereafter, a "counter" trend appeared when people dismissed Hololive as an option because it's "not good enough" for the person in the discussion. Surprise surprise Phase is always the number 1 candidate after hololive is dismissed as an option, I wonder why. Note that this "counter trend" only applies to the more known vtubers. The March's round of graduation full of 2-views was deemed not worthy to join the pretigious mid/"medium" company of Phase Connect, therefore their only possible destination is Hololive.

P/s: It's already too late to announce EN5 as Justice 3D is right around the corner (Likely July 25 ish), Hololive gave Justice 40 days to grow before Advent's 3D. It's either going to be announced after Justice 3D or not happening this year at all. My money on 2026.

I'd like to think they're not gonna rush EN5 out too quickly. I imagine they're playing their public perception carefully following the chain of graduations, and while it might seem like filling the empty slots would make sense, I think nurturing their current talents so they become bigger names in their own right would do more good for the Hololive brand right now than bringing in new blood who'd be starting from scratch.

Getting Justice their 3D then having them do cool shit with it should be the priority, these girls have potential to be bigger than they already are.

Rules and information
Information was gathered from a FuwaMoco clip, Botan's pre-launch stream and the hololive Fan Discord Server.

• The event lasts from June 9th to June 13th.
• Each day lasts from 19:00 to 24:00 JST, except for June 11th which lasts from 21:00 to 1:00. (Lui's birthday concert takes place on that day.)
• The event is open to the hololive girls from all branches.
• The winner is the one with the most money by the end of the event.
• Money can be earned in many different ways:
  • The primary way is through one of four jobs. Jobs can only be changed once a day but this limit won't apply to the first day. The role colors are as follows:
    • 冒険家 (Adventurer): Earns money by exploring and defeating mobs.
    • 採掘者 (Miner): Earns money by mining blocks.
    • 酪農家 (Dairy Farmer): Earns money by animal husbandry and farming.
    • 職人 (Craftsman/Researcher): Earns money by crafting, enchanting, repairing, etc.
    • 無職 (Unemployed): Earns no money from having a job.
    • ラメーン屋 (Ramen Shop): It's just for Botan as the organizer. She's also the only one where chat may relay information from others' streams to.
  • Other ways to make money:
    • Colosseum (Arena): Defeat some buffed monsters alone or in a party. There will also be original opponents to fight on the last two days.
    • Lamb Vegas (Gambling): Win Watamedals (tokens) and exchange them for money (and vice-versa) or items. WataMedals are worth 1000 yen each. A large WataMedal is the equivalent of 100 WataMedals.
    • Treasure Hunt: Treasures are scattered around the world, including in The Nether and The End. The farther the place, the more valuable the treasure will be.
    • Stock Market (More Gambling): The three available companies to invest are Shishiro Foods, Dorobou Construction (DoroKen), and Nna Railway. The value will be altered hourly per company by a roulette wheel.
    • Daily quests: Doing some of the in-game achievements will be rewarded with money. There's a separate tab in the achievement menus to which a eligible for the day.
    • Minigames and events: Examples include an parkour courses, snakes and ladders, fishing tournament, etc.
• No intentional PvP is allowed (unless it's funny).
• Items can be stolen as long as it doesn't ruin the fun. There are personal lockers to keep items safe.
• Server management is done by DOZLE staff.
