Phase used to have a manager that was in charge of coordinating all the music related stuff called Hana Velours, she was only around about half a year in 2023 before leaving which sparked a desperate campaign from the more musically inclined talents to get people to apply for her position.
Considering Rie's involvement in all things music I wouldn't be surprised if Hana was the person (or at least one of the people) she was referring to.

The only other staff member I know for sure that left was mins, whom Rie probably wouldn't have had anything to do with. There's another talent manager called Nikki who was active in 2022-2023 who may or may not be around in some aspect today. The official site still lists her as a 'back up manager' but I haven't heard any talent talk about her in a very long time as opposed to Muumi, Aiko, Cece and Mili who all get mentioned occasionally.

Wait Hana handled music..? Ahahaha that's hilarious. The massive push to release covers and singles started almost the moment she was out. Quite the failure.
Also I'm 95% sure Nikki is out based on discord messages from a few months ago talking about her being gone matter-of-factly.
