Due to heavy regulations by VSPO, after some ... research. I found out that there are almost no VSPO hentai on pixiv (and 0 on patreon). What "artist" do is posting SFW art, and then link to a discord, sometimes you have to converse with the "artist" to get an invite link, after all that then you'd get to pay the "artist" (artist in quotes because most of them are AI slops anyway).

It seems incredibly likely to me this is something that talents pushed for instead of management. It's exactly the kind of absurd unenforceable thing a woman would demand.

If there was a blanket ban on hentai of the talents, or of one specific talent, I could buy that the talents argued for it. However, there are specific amounts of money you can make drawing hentai of the talents before you get into trouble, and that really signals to me that this was developed by VSPO! themselves without input from the talents.

Riot Music's Shuko leaves to become an indie. She recently had her 1 year anniversary, so probably just didn't renew.
She was part of Kigensho Records with Nagase Yuka, both semi-fleshie with decent guitar skills (mostly electric instead of Yuka's acoustic).
She had a good shorts game and I liked her vlogs, recommend if you like autistic japanese girls with a decent dose of :architect:.
Never streamed as much as Yuka, uhhhh I don't think she even has rigging.

I kind of got the vibe that she didn't really understand streaming/vtubing, YT as a whole, and why city folk were into it.
Hope she figures out her content.

Vlog yesterday wandering around Ome.

-Pay 20 million yen (possible to reduce to 2.5 million if paid promptly, comply to the DFE, and stop making/selling lewd VSpo art).

Jesus, I'd imagine that's life-ruining money to most artists… that first number, anyway. They're not fucking around.

The price for entry also got driven up like crazy with $10/month being popular and some goes as far as $25/month. The sad thing is dumbasses are likely paying for it due to the forced scarcity of 18+ shit introduced by VSPO themselves.

That is way too much effort to goon to a small subset of specific characters. I always took gooners for being rather lazy but it takes a degree of effort to go through all that nonsense.

The way the media has influenced the worldview on violence never ceases to amuse me.
Patrick brutally murdering a hobo? Aye, that's fine, i've seen worse in the evening news and the morning news.
Proceeding to kick his dog afterwards? Wow, this movie should pay for my therapy right now!

That's a fair assessment. It is very odd, I've no idea why they'd think this could be enforced. I'm willing to go 50/50 on 'clueless Japanese bean counter thinks up ridiculous scheme' and 'talent angry people are making porn of her/making money from the porn they make of her without her getting any of it'.

Because it could be. That's the answer
Edit: I think it's painfuly obvious to everyone but you at this point that you are so utterly clueless about anything that even remotely touches degen side of things that you really should stop talking about it as if you knew something. Everyone knows about Nintendo, they are routinely trying to ban artists on twitter for drawing lewds of their characters, they have no calms about going to a court with authors of fanworks, so saying "why would this company think it can be enforced" is literally saying "I've never heard of what one of the biggest company in the world is doing on a daily basis. But I still have an opinion on this topic despite having zero info on it"

Nintendo went after pokemon porn artists, first in japan later worldwide. Even "This is a parody" disclaimer didnt help.

  • Draws hentai (including loli)
  • Had an art contest where her mod accused someone of tracing (she didn't care and sided with mod, people got angry)
  • Is extremely abrasive (shes french)
  • Has a funny accent (shes french)
  • Has done fleshpost cosplay but hides her face (shes pretty hot)
  • Overall is pretty based
  • Was the reason why Cimrai was first cancelled on Twitter (Cimrai after getting offf her soapbox about loli and how disgusting it was, decided it would be a good idea to collab with Saurei who draws loli hentai sometimes. Her community quickly turned on her for it after people pointed out how hypocritical she was).

Had she streamed on Youtube I would have watched her because she's pretty fun. Sometimes has the humor of an old french man similar to Pepe LePew
Her face is cute too and before vtubin she was just your average illustrator streamer. If anything she's pretty consistent, which is nice. I do remember vaguely some autistic highschool level drama yrs and yrs ago between her and another artist where he alleged she was creepy or something, but as time and info released he retracted all that.

VSPO weird war against the coomers:
If you browse their guideline:
- Annual income of douijin/fan works must not exceed 200000 yen (~1k2$)
1k2 might seems big at a glance, but if someone set to say 5$/month on patreon, they can not have more than 20 patreon members.
- Physical prints at events are capped higher at 400 000 yen/year
- if you have higher than said 200 000 limit. You must submitted your work and goes through review by VSPO
- Cosplayers with patreon/paid-photo/onlyfans also counted
- Even if free, all sexual depictions are banned.
(all of this is in effect since company founding, don't blame brave or "woman", except for the all free sexual depictions are banned rule was added later on June 2021)

The way the regulation is handled reminded me a lot with Uma Musume's whole restriction thing. VSPO! seems to be way more restrictive than Uma Musume*, but at the end of the day it just pretty much japanese thing, I guess.

Also they probably have some free reign within Fantia or Fanbox, and all that remains of VSPO! NSFW contents on pixiv and/or other booru sites are either AI-generated stuff, surviving pre-June 2021 posts on pixiv, stuff that was made outside of Japan (Myth1carts did a piece involving Kaminari Qpi and other non-VSPO vtuber), and likely the ones that posted on say, twitter with nothing but barely descrinable tags or whatever and somehow survive without getting reported.

*: Uma Musume doesn't allow NSFW depiction and fanworks/doujins/JAVs with cosplays of their characters but AFAIK doesn't put restrictions on annual income/physical prints income and on the cosplay side of thing, they don't mind cosplayers with paid R-18 contents as long that it isnt Uma Musume's character cosplays.

We are literally witnessing a mini-drug war between VSPO and the coomers. Seems like one of them "druglords" got caught and VSPO is announcing it to the world.

Edit: the druglord in picture has decided to delete all vspo content.
This is retarded, no? iirc it's Koei Tecmo that polices fanart as well. I don't get it. Take some gacha games where part of their conscious marketing strat is the promotion of illustration/doujin star power, you'd think a business would want to foster more attention.

Then again it could also be a conscious decision to limit growth if that means preventing garnering a coomer audience in streams and culturally?
