Nagihara Suzuna's current channel will be rebranded to Chou Ginga Records, a good amount of videos from current Meteopolis members will be privated on 31 January (Kanzaki Akane, Saejima Asuka, Nagihara Suzuna, Hatsusegawa Misaki, Akahoshi Mitsuki). Nagihara Suzuna's membership will be closed the following week.
Looks like a self-sabotage/menhera issue or maybe something related to that Kanae-sensei since they have some collabs recently (looking at skkr, he's in the bottom 100 of Vtuber popularity as well as Tamaki). Tamaki also in some recent interviews asked the guests about unicorns which may or may not intended to provoke reactions from viewers.
It will most likely stifle the channel's growth considering most other Vtuber fans watch her if their oshi/person they know got interviewed (and of course they consume the subsequent clips following the interview) and she rarely ventures outside her own channel. What is not certain is the backlash towards other Noripro members and also considering they won't be able to clip those members if the main collab is on Tamaki's channel.

Exaggerated for the shitpost but kinda yeah.
Going by each point:
The bow, forest and lore points are the same but basically when the first Holo Alternative video dropped, Flare said to think of that version of her as someone completely different:
IIRC she said they never talked to her about it, which is why it had her using a bow and arrow. She started getting a ton of bow/arrow fanart afterwards, which is why she talked about it. And she had her original outfit in the video cause of a miscommunication. In fantasy settings, she said she'd prefer to be a user of fire magic.
- Her "lore" is basically supposed to be a chill half-elf that lives in modern society, which is why she said she doesn't live in a forest. If anything, that bullet point near the bottom is false cause Flare cares a ton about her lore despite how simple it is lol.
- The cool/cute, showing skin and skin tone stuff are just preferences.
- The cute preference comes from her early days when she tried to have more of a cool tomboy/ikemen personality (which is why she was the husband in the NoeFure ships). After she had to use her more natural voice and decided to be herself more, that's when she decided she would rather be shown cute. But she still retweets/uses cool art of her so not a big deal.
- The skin showing is just that she doesn't like to be sexualized, same as Suisei.
- The skin tone thing goes back to the dark elf stuff. She's particular about being called a half-elf instead of a dark elf cause dark elves usually come with a negative connotation. Flare's just a regular girl with an elf mom and an African dad
- Coffee elf comes from how Lack, her artist-papa, depicts himself with a coffee head. IIRC she doesn't even like coffee and thought coffee elf would be a bother to him.
- For her original outfit, she said it's fine if people continue drawing it but she won't retweet any art that has it. Was some weird excuse that was essentially both preference and external reasons. (I feel like she has a few times since saying that though but can't remember for sure.)
- China is obvious. I'm assuming the ship thing is cause of the NoeFure stuff, which they both said they dialed back a while ago cause fans were being annoying with it. The hentai part is likely cause after someone asked, she said sure you can jerk off to her, but she has no desire to know about it (which is pretty normal I think).
- Flare's never really complained about her model afaik so not sure where this came from. Maybe she did back in the day when it was much more stiff/awkward? She even said when asked about it that her redesign didn't happen because of her preferences, but was something that had to happen.
- frz covered the clownfish thing.
TLDR Flare has always cared about her lore and how she's depicted more than other Holos. Never really sperged or made a big deal out of it though.

A few years ago, Ollie went a vacation with Risu. They rented a villa somewhere and were playing Boardgames on the Kingsize Bed in the Master bedroom. As Ollie is she jokes "Haha, 2 girls in alone on a big bed, haha". The usual pervy joke, with Ollie we all know the drill. But to Ollies surprise Risu replied: "You wanna?" *wink wink* Ollie was stunlocked. "No, really Ollie, I'd fuck you". But Ollie stayed silent for a whole minute, changed the topic and quickly ran away to the kitchen. Risu then continued to behave like normal and they never spoke of this again.
Chat was doubtful, maybe Risu too was just playing into the joke Ollie set up. But she insists that this was different: "The tension was skyhigh. You would think this was a joke but the mood, the heavy air, that look in her eyes. It was real. I can never forget that lustful look in her eyes".
In the end, Ollie admits that she just cant do it with a coworker. She just doesn't have the balls and is worried about unforeseen consequences.
