Given how hard Kson walked back their association after the reveals, I doubt it. There'd be no reason for Kson to approach and put so much on the line for her in the first place if she knew that controversy was just waiting to break with a lot of people invested in seeing it happen - and Vshojo suddenly cut ties just a few weeks before the full extent of her behaviour hit the public too. There is no way we can know exactly all that they knew at the time, but it was certainly more than what we know, even now. That said, everything I have talked about was known by the time Nazuna was announced, at the least.
There had to be a lid on her behaviour somehow, it's not like Holo management would want to spread around how careless/malicious she had been and direct people to the company info that was now out in the open to find, and the most straightforward explanation is that her major mental breakdown wasn't until after her graduation. Rushia was terminated for leaking info, they tried to be professional about it and that was that, only for her mental state to rapidly decline and drag it all out into the open anyways, which since it's the most prominent thing about her now people associate it with the whole saga.
You don't need to be crazy to be malicious, you know? That's just a bonus.Yeah because we all know people on perfect mental health state write anti threads about their husband and write schizo posts about the private life of their coworkers to randoms on Japanese forums
