Otozuki Teru did rigging work for Neuro-sama 2.0, but I'm pretty sure he's not the rigger anny is trying to replace. That's most likely Bella/Beyumi, who was apparently very close/best friends with anny (and rigged many of her outfits) up until whatever incident caused the ghosting (which, after digging around on /vt/, appears to have occurred literally months ago). There's discussion about how Bella allegedly had Neuro listed as WIP on her commission tracker, but then moved it to archived/waitlisted.



According to /vt/, Bella was supposed to be the original rigger for Neuro 2.0, but Teru ended up taking it on as a rush job as Bella was too busy at the time.

Real sad part is she didn't start off as a lewdtuber (at least afaik), I remember seeing a clip or two of hers ages ago during the english vtuber boom, and she just did the normal cutesy anime girl shtick, no coom-baiting or whatnot.

Felt weird seeing her again a few years later in a Neuro clip being all coom-baity.
