I need to mald about Phase for a bit. I ordered their Arcane Maid collab merch (assuming I'd receive it in 1+ years having forgotten about it like everything else) and the next day received a "shipped" notification and within two weeks of having placed the order it arrived at my house, I can only assume this is cause Arcane was handling the distribution themselves. Meanwhile I still have orders from Phase directly from the beginning of the year that haven't fucking shipped yet.

FISHMAN QUIT GOING TO EVERY FUCKING CON UNDER THE SUN AND SHIP MY GOD DAMN MERCH!





Now if you'll excuse me I need to go order Euphoria Anniversary merch, Ember and Lumi's new merch and at least half a dozen lucky boxes.

That being said 1+ year is way too long even for made to order stuffs.

I will also note that Arcane Maid Cafe responded to my question within 1 day of sending it and then shipped my merch within 24 hours of ordering it. It hasn't arrived yet but that is probably due to the Canada Post strike lol just the other way.

As for why fishman takes forever to ship merch, it's because he works on a preorder system rather than a drops system. Takes pre-orders, uses those items (and the money paid) to order the manufacturing, receives the merch piecemeal from the various manufacturers and probably at varying delays, bundles it, and then ships. Shipping out of Canada isn't fast but it's the preorder and manufacturing process that takes all the time.

I got my coffee in 2.5 weeks, so in-stock items at least do ship

So basically made-to-order, but likely Fish have the merch made in China then import it to Canada then distribute rather than having the merch manufacturer handling the shipment.
Still took way too long, should look merch manufacturer that isn't situated all the way in China you cheap prick.

Delutaya will be participating in a Valorant Customs on the 12/20 21:00 JST and oddly enough Rio from JP stars Uproar is also participating.
The Customs is being hosted by DIFTEA (don't know who this is though).
