I will also note that Arcane Maid Cafe responded to my question within 1 day of sending it and then shipped my merch within 24 hours of ordering it. It hasn't arrived yet but that is probably due to the Canada Post strike lol just the other way.

As for why fishman takes forever to ship merch, it's because he works on a preorder system rather than a drops system. Takes pre-orders, uses those items (and the money paid) to order the manufacturing, receives the merch piecemeal from the various manufacturers and probably at varying delays, bundles it, and then ships. Shipping out of Canada isn't fast but it's the preorder and manufacturing process that takes all the time.

I got my coffee in 2.5 weeks, so in-stock items at least do ship.
