I don't think it was a v-tuber related buyer, my money's on some Chinese retard or a Cali suit wanting to use Neuro's dataset for their own neural net is my guess.
All we know is that it was bigger than 50k, the 200 thousand number was the v-tweeter speculating. Vedal's skillset is more than capable of making 200k in a couple years as a programmer, and he's already made more than that as a content creator. And yet, the offer was enough to make a guy with actual proven ability in one of the most lucrative fields of programming say turning it down was one of the stupidest decisions he'd ever made.
Millions, is my guess. For all we know Oracle came rolling up with 5 million bucks to try and shove Neuro-style learning algorithms into a copyright vault somewhere, it wouldn't be the first time.
