Specifically, they will close down the Hololive merch shops that was open in ID online shop provider Tokopedia and Sociabuzz. Which means that if any ID fans wanted to buy official merch of their Hololive ID oshis, they would have to go through the official hololive store outside of ID and that would mean increase in taxes and shipping costs (since its shipped into ID from outside), not to mention ID customs potentially ruining their stuff.

Most ID Hololive fans weren't happy with this, and has shared their grievances about it though as expected its in ID language texts or ESLs.
