"What's a star trek? Star Trek? Isn't that the name of a movie? What's 'A Star Trek?' It's a TV show?! I thought it was a movie! I know it's popular, I know it's famous... is it in the stars? I always get Star Wars and Star Trek mixed up, kind of like the name. Star Wars, Star Trek and 'Stargate', what's Stargate?"Hakos Baelz

In light of recent events, I've made a vShojo thread in the Laundry Room. Kindly discuss the Froot drama + anything else there. I'm hopefully streaming about the event this week, so drawing my attention to any worthy information is appreciated. Thread link.
Aqua has joined the prestigious ranks alongside Subaru and Botan. What a great trio there. Happy to see her hit Masters before she graduates. What a champ. A few fun Phase clips:
This thumbnail is amazing: I would know a thing or two about slavery. -Ember Amane
Real fans would understand. -Fishman regarding a Marine figure in a jar.
Tachikawa, Towa's SF6 coach who became a huge fan, got 3rd place in the Esports World Cup, one of the biggest tournaments of the year. He won $75,000 for it and was carrying a Towa plushie the whole time:
Between this and UMA winning a million dollars for Mio a few months ago, vtuber fans are eating well in fighting games.
Even better, she was awake at 4 AM cheering for him and had a good laugh when she saw the plushie
How does one accomplish that? It's not like that is the result of accidentally walking on camera. Was she supposed to be electronically masked in real time? Or a prerecorded shot that she forgot to edit?
Everytime someone with good opsec does this I feel they're seeking validation one way or another. Even for someone as Subaru, to name another example.
It might just be the voices inside my head, I know, but women do that all the time.
Looks like the drama vultures have reached reddit. The exact same post was created in /vt/ yesterday, with unproven allegations and none of the relevant information. Also "needs more awareness" is definitely a karma farming attempt. Mentioned not being able to verify translation where there were people willing to DM about it (if you note in Ria's main X account people will offer to DM the info for people wondering about her lack of updates).
It's the reddit way indeed to farm karma using a young woman's death to discredit another person.
I can't say my post is perfect but at the very least it presented the situation as neutral as it can be. Even /数字/ the JP numbers thread was very reluctant to talk about it and only provided info when a fan asked about the rumours which I collected and checked through for the post.
