Lowkey expecting this to go absolutely wild. I don't know dick one about the ES vtuber scene but whenever someone shares a screeshot of some ESL chuba I've never heard of they all seem to have Gura-tier numbers.

I fear for Juna and Roca if they ever do an off-collab with the ES branch. One wrong move and they're getting their hair grabbed while they get molly whopped. Idol already has meme management, they have no chance at controlling 5 latinas (and no, Kai doesn't count). I will genuinely be impressed if this branch makes it through a year without drama.

Meetings, project management, actual project work, recordings for Cover-related work, merch-related shit, sponsorship-related shit, promotional shit, stream-related things, etc.

It is not so much one thing, but a lot of things adding up. You have to remember, management isn't "management" in the traditional sense. They are more helpers that can assist the talents, but ultimately most decisions come down to the talents themselves. For example, for one merch set, they have to decide what they want for merch, find people to design the merch themselves, and get the okay for the merch. It is even crazier on the JP side, obviously.

You have to remember, a lot of projects are generally happening that cannot be talked about pretty much until they get released. Music production alone is a massive undertaking.

There's also merch signing, which takes A LOT of time and they have to be there in person for it. I recall some of the girls mentioning it taking hours just for one merch set because they're signing hundreds and management rejects sloppy work. Not to mention the overseas branches have to fly out to Japan and that's a huge hassle. There's just a lot of side stuff that takes a lot longer than people expect.
