Sometimes I forget the Pippa thread is its own little retard chamber.
For some reason I just envisioned Flula saying that.
To keep things Vtuber related:
Sometimes I forget the Pippa thread is its own little retard chamber.
Senzawa didn't hit 1 mil until after Gura debuted, the two reached it around the same time and there were jokes about which gold button she'd get first. Not to mention her pl as Senzawa the internet meme darling with over 1 mil subs that surely largely crossed over to Gura
Preaching to the choir here but as the other ex-Sanalite in this forum, she was never that much of a flaky tard towards her streaming duties until the back injury arc, and you also seem to forget that she doesn't simply do art for chink gacha shit number 35, she does art for FGO and Arknights, probably some of the bigger gacha shit games in the world not only purely on Chinese power, but also on the Japanese side. I think it sucks that she didn't totally foresee nor get what she possibly wanted out of vtubing, or that her vidya game art gig was just simply better, but framing it as if she was some sort of uber tard who took a spot and keeps seething about her Holo career like Lando is beyond retarded, and this post in general sounds MATI as shit.(Edit: Nenelove is not a Sanalite, I just happened to go off on one here about her.)
I don't know why people cling to this idea. She didn't want to be a vtuber and very quickly decided not to, then ran out her contract till she could dip. To this day she has never done any other vtuber work, acknowledged her former fans, or done anything of the sort. If her 'back injury' prevented her from streaming, what was it about art that enabled her to do that instead? Did sitting in a chair drawing magically alleviate it, while sitting in a chair streaming made it worse?
Her excuses were all copes, and I have no idea why her fans are so desperate to pretend they weren't dumped by someone who never even put the smallest, most insignificant amount of effort into reconnecting or leveraging her past life success. You don't drop a career as one of the largest streamers on earth with hundreds of thousands of subscribers (even the lowest-CCV'd Holo is still in the top 0.001% of streamers worldwide) with such complete and total finality if you were just forced out by circumstance and totally wanted to stay.
She got told by her Chinese overlords to stop being Hololive or stop doing the gachishit she was a terminal addict of, and like the average woman, decided that she'd rather be a gachishit addict than someone with a loving and supportive fanbase.
Stop.
Fucking.

I hear you, but consider the following:(Edit: Nenelove is not a Sanalite, I just happened to go off on one here about her.)

It's funny to see after all this time honestly. Drawing was always her #1 passion and that was obvious to see from both Sana and Namie. She quit vtubing to keep doing what she loves and getting MATI for that is dumb. There's so much evidence from all the artist vtubers that trying to keep up with both is unsustainable and terrible for your health. Ao, Marine, Calli and Suisei barely ever draw anymore. Shigure Ui, Rurudo and Kagura Nana will stream like twice or 3 times a month if even that. Ina takes frequent breaks, constantly talks about not sleeping and has expressed disappointment in the past at not being able to draw more often. Sana tried vtubing, saw that it wouldn't work out long-term and left when she realized that. She seems healthier and happier now and I'm certain most Sanallites, whether in this forum or outside, are glad to see it for her.Tl;dr - It has almost been 2 years and I really don't understand why people are still viscerally mad over it when it rarely gets discussed and the person in question has long-since moved on. It is especially amusing to see someone who has no vested interested in Holo being more angry over it than actual fans lol.
[/SPOILER]
At least you said probablyMyself and @God's Strongest Mozumite are probably the notable Sanalites
its literally btuber music. blechMerch drop
I'm happy for her. Releasing an EP is a big step. Wrote all the lyrics herself too. Very exciting stuff. Good for her. Will be listening to it a little later after her stream, but it's sounding pretty fun in the background of her stream.
Also, it dropped on YT while she was trying to finish a mission in CnC.
I don't like the sick style, but since she's my wife, forgive her
Ever since she got a HoloGra debut whoever animates her puts a fuckton of effort on her expressions, she also sounds like she has a ton of fun voice actingAdmittedly, I haven't watched any Hologra animations in a few months. I was planning to binge-watch them when I had more free time.
But AZKi is doing a great job at convincing me to start sooner
