Sometimes it's very difficult to rely on your friends when it comes to mental health. I would bet any money that it makes her feel like a burden. I think that's why she originally vented about Marina here.

If Holo plan on another EN gen this year, it's not to far from the date they are usually chosen. Waabyu officially graduated on May 20. she would of known a bit before that I presume.

It makes way more sense for her to join Holo than Vshoujo.

She has friends in Holo too. I'm sure she still had friends in Niji. people hang out with each other regardless of company. especially other vtubers and ones she has worked with previously.
