There's Neo-Porte, which substantially exceeds western medium sized corpos in terms of viewhours according to a chart posted here recently that I can't be arsed to look up again, and which is continuing to grow in terms of member count, too.
But they benefit massively from Shibuya Hal's customs, and subscriber counts drop substantially from generation to generation. While this is true for Holo as well, in Holo, this is the result of dead subs in older gens, whereas CCVs and VOD views for new gens are competitive. This is not the case for Neo-Porte, where CCVs and VOD views in newer gens are (with one exception) not competitive.
While Neo-Porte's view hours look impressive, their future potential is debatable at best. Much like NoriPro with Tamaki, it's basically Shibuya Hal's hobby project, not a serious business project.
There's something to be said for JP startup corpos undergoing the same crunch that western corpos did, and at roughly the same time. Except they may not have any meaningful survivors at all, since their domestic market is utterly dominated by the two industry leaders, while western corpos have a bit more space to get comfortable in.
I like her, but I don't think I'd ever risk falling asleep in the same room as her.

Aside from Vshojo, one of the RealCorp talents was/is primarily JP for some reason. She'll actually be retiring when the company shuts down, though, citing health reasons.

Don't really get the hate and distrust I'm seeing for Brave. Is it just because one of their subsidiaries did recasting a few years ago, or is there something else?

A comment in the Liveposting General got me curious. Do we have a confirmed age for Biboo? I've heard that she is much older than her zoomer-self is letting on.
