Yeah most clinics and outpatient places are closed, the ER is where you end up going if you have anything from a cough to an open wound. It's a miserable place to be on Christmas regardless but the fact that she's already posting to keep people informed seems to indicate it's not some tragically severe situation. At least I'm choosing to be an optimist and hope she's alright.
I think the wording of the tweet and "spending the rest of christmas" part is the reason people are concerned. I still hope you are right and its just a minor issue. If its not too serious or private she'll explain when she's back, but for now we can't do anything other than wishing her the best
