I cannot agree with this enough. I used to be slightly skeptical of the notion, until I experienced it myself - some time ago, I was in a brutal crash that almost killed me and put a friend in the hospital, (shock and awe: I've got a black woman in an SUV to thank for it) while fucking me up financially to the point I'm still trying to get back on my feet. I spent months not wanting to go anywhere near a car because of severe woman moments once inside, even as a passenger.
The fix? just driving again - taking the bull by the horns till you can break its neck. The fact that seemingly not a single conscript of the rainbow brigade knows this shows how little they know about trauma and hardship, let alone have any experience with it. And the less said about the mental health industry, the better.

I have gotten a few warnings from YouTube basically stating that X or Y video has sampled my clips and when I checked they didn't, they just clipped from the same source, and for some reason, my clip was flagged as the original content. While your theory might be somewhat true there are three things that seem weird to me. I haven't been clipping Pippa as much recently and this whole demonetization came after I didn't upload a single video for more than 1 month. Additionally in the past since LEC often clips the fastest (followed by Raildex) I have tried to not clip things that already have been clipped by others. I would prepare my postit with timestamps of clippable moments in the stream.I think what did you in is what I've been theorized for a while now and they say it there:

Among the pippa clippers there's enough overlap of some moments and my guess is that since LEC is the biggest channel their bot considers him the original creator and the others get the axe. Raildex something I think got hit with the reused content shit too now I guess you got hit with it too. I also edit the audio by muting Pippa's BGM which is usually Infringes Copyright (which I then add some Video Game BGM) and I manually edit every time she curses because Youtube is a baby bitch platform and saying the word "fuck" will get your whole fucking video to lose most of its monetization. Additionally, I also try to edit the video by having it zoomed or have multiple feeds going (one focused on the streamer and another on chat) thinking that the problem was the bots comparing the clipped video to the original. Honestly, the whole fucking thing is retarded. Clips can basically call under the "Funny or Thoughtful revision of content you didnt originally create" in the first point of the DO's or under the "Edited Footage from other creators where you add a storyline or commentary". My shitposts and George Floyd type jokes can be taken as my "commentary" and the storyline is basically me taking that 1 clip on its own and making it its own content often having to cut at multiple parts because Pippa and Kirsche love to tangent or reply to chat and then minutes later get back to the topic.
I think I will just have to make a fucking video essay reply to this shit and hope some shit bot doesn't just pull a Twitter on me and auto-dismiss the whole fucking thing 10 seconds after I post it.

I've really come to hate this shit so much - it's a business model that exists solely to get arse pats from a very specific kind of Twitter zoomer who seethes about Hololive etc. restricting their talents; it doesn't work in the real word. If they are not taking a cut of the earnings then they have no income to invest in growing the company; it's a sign they'll either stagnate and be 2views for life or fall apart entirely sooner rather than later, which defeats the point of going corpo in the first place.
If I have one suggestion from what I've seen work for other channels who've dealt with the Reused Content shit, go to your channel's About section and word it in a way that puts heavy focus on the parts you yourself are contributing to the videos. Explain that you remove dead air to make the videos more digestible, that you add visual jokes to entertain the viewer, things like that. It's annoying and it sounds patronising, but it's what they want to hear, which can work in your favour.
You'll want to remove the "For now, I will be uploading clips but eventually, I plan to upload my own content" line too - the reviewers just mindlessly skim channel pages without properly watching the videos or understanding the context of what they're looking at, and that line suggests that you're currently just reuploading content that isn't yours.
I hope you're able to get it sorted, the fact you got hit in the first place is bullshit. The Reused Content clause is probably the partner program term I disagree with the most - it doesn't make sense that the owner of a copyrighted work can explicitly tell people they can use and monetise their work, but Google will stick their head in and say no regardless. I'm pretty sure the rule was originally brought in to zap the channels that spam low-effort/automated content across multiple channels with different keywords to farm easy revenue, but in true form for YouTube it was carelessly implemented, so channels making content in good faith get fucked over too.
