I have this theory that Japanese blood has a natural resistance to the English language

It's nothing to do with blood, it's the education system. All Japanese schoolkids are put through mandatory fake English lessons, with a curriculum that's carefully designed to be both boring and ineffective. There's also a government programme (JET) to intercept foreigners who are at high risk of teaching English to Japanese people and divert them into safely getting paid to sit around and be useless instead. Obviously this system isn't 100% effective in preventing Japanese people from learning English but it gets pretty close.

She went to Japan to attend a language school.

She said she wanted to go to school. People rratted hard about that but it turned out she really did go take language classes in Japan, which are now over.

There are a few legitimate language schools in Japan but the vast majority of them are just an excuse to get a visa. (Female celebrities who don't want to admit that they're married to a Japanese national also claim to be going to language school as an excuse). Either way, going for a few months makes absolutely no sense - that's short enough that you can get a regular tourist visa, and if you were actually legitimately studying the language it's not long enough. Rratting is warranted IMO - if you're saying she really did go to language school, what's the evidence for that?

I think Niji's approach is the best: Let the talent shoulder all the expenses while you get 50% of their hard earned money then giving them 2% of the merch sales. Then you gaslight them into thinking this is the industry standard and have the low waged managers fuck around the talents so they would lose more motivation while you sit inside your yacht masturbating to that glorious, glorious room full of silver playbuttons.

Don't forget to take down those music videos they paid for every so often. Gotta keep them humble.

Presumably universal is taking an additional cut of her music royalties for doing that, on top of Cover's cut. So it's still ultimately getting paid for by the talent, just with a different financing structure.

Also worth pointing out Sakana's appearance, which pushed the stream into peak kino territory.

For sure, I'd love to see him in their follow up SC2 stream they have planned. Always a pleasure to see him either bully, or get bullied by talents.

but do they also require some kind of approval from the developers of the game to run the game modded or no? I think that's a bit too retarded but at the same time, Japanese autism is severe.

Considering some game companies get up their ass about mods to their precious products, especially JP game companies, most likely need permission from the game company as well as all involved modders.
