For any chuuba considering offering an edible good, you would have preferably started the process a year ago, because this isn't the sort of thing that can happen overnight and expect instant success! Sourcing supply chains and distribution is a bitch, DOUBLY SO WITH TARRIFFS, not to mention creating a product that offers something that stands out from your competitors! This doesn't always mean "high quality gourmet products" either, it is equally viable to sell "Cheap and in Bulk" product if everyone is upcharging out the wazoo!
All of this should be the end result of a long, long, LONG period of research and development, because if you don't have a business plan you can trust (and justify), you're probably not gonna make it! None of this feel-good "Yes Man" agreeing with every idea you have either, you need actual business cases for what you want to sell. You might have more success doing it local + in small batches in places like Farmer's Markets, instead of as Edible Chuuba Goods (tm) sold on the internet!
For anyone making Coffee, and are *not* partnering with Phase Connect, don't even think of trying unless you can offer a better product (you most likely can't). There are a variety of goods that (currently) aren't being covered in this niche marketplace, but unless I'm being paid for it, I'm not doing the research for you - I'd rather do it myself at that point!

Phase named their brewer. And there are a couple ways you can do this and still keep prices reasonable while making a profit, such as buying the product in bulk and doing the packaging yourself. She might just be re-labeling pre-packaged products or doing some sort of low-margin white label thing but if she's really 35 years old I would hope she'd realize there's smarter ways to do this.
That said, she seemed to be unaware of Phase's existing coffee business so maybe she is this dumb after all.

Virtue-signalling aside, is there even that much demand for vtuber-branded coffee in the first place? For Phase it was just a novelty thing for the first anniversary to start with that was easy to turn around because Sakana knew a guy, that then spiralled into a meme over time because of the absurdity of it. It seems like such an oddly specific product to have spawned its own modern-day spiritual successor to the cola wars.
"Caffeine shot with anime girl on the cover" feels like a lazy pick for merchandise at this point too, it's just something they're doing because everyone else is. There's thousands of different things out there you can slap a .png on and sell to weebs, get creative with it.

I wish there was more practical stuff which are more directly related to the Phase girls' lore. It genuinely feels like Phase is ignoring obvious merch pairings that'd sell well.
HealthyGamerGG would do well in Phase since most of the girls are fucked in the head.
Clara would be a great test run for selling pfizer ssri meds and straitjackets after a lengthy chat with Dr. K. She'd be a pioneer for therapy and medical dispensaries to enter the vtuber space. She could evaluate psych wards and patient treatment and do tier ranking systems! Seeing her rank pill combos in padded rooms would be a wonderful stream. Realistically though, I'd like to see Clara pair up with various music related merch since she has a wonderful voice. I'm overall tired of seeing the very stereotypical copy-paste tiny merch runs everyone seems to be doing lately.
Jokes aside, a few girls and Phase are missing out on some really obvious merch pairings that'd sell well. Sleepy, Jelly, and Clio have a wide range of merch they'd be able to capitalize on utilizing their audiences being directly attracted to them for.
