Well there are a few Nijis who regularly play Genshit. Iirc one of Mysta's first drama situations was him calling one of the characters a femboy, or something of that sort.

She ended up buying a new phone to use in Japan.

iirc, she's never done anything that could even almost risk a form of dox. All info known about her PL is before hololive. The few times (I think literally two?) times she streamed as Nagu while active in Holo, she did so with a closed chat and while completely muted
